Waveney Valley Athletics Club hosted the second Winter League cross-country race of the season, with runners testing out the new event for the first time.
The venue for the race was Fritton Lake, near Bungay and, despite the distance, local clubs were once again well represented on Sunday.
With every underfoot condition imaginable, it is a wonder how the human ankle can twist and turn in so many ways and hopefully, for all competitors, return to the correct alignment at the end of the race.
